More snow flurries with cold and wind today. :censored:

Rain coming in tonight turning to "slush-y snow"....o-kayyyyy. Does that mean it will become ice overnight or what?
Heading out to Nashville in a bit to pick up the son's girlfriend....Chris, I will wave! Tell the rain to hold off until I get back over the plateau please.... :-)

We're scheduled for our next shot of snow next Tuesday. Should be fun. In the mean time, we get ample sunshine and sweltering temps in the TEENS.

The weather event last night became a non-event, for which I am grateful for. I have some odd and end work stuff to do, and didn't want that messing with my weekend. Which starts tomorrow. :cheersmate:
I think our high today will be in the upper 40's.

Slip-slidin' to work today. It took me 12 minutes instead of the usual 8.
:evillaugh:
Tomorrow, the bottom falls out as far as the weather goes. But it's Mrs E's birfday, so that makes up for it.

Left for work at the usual 5:45, temp of 3, windchill of -15. Warmed up a bit since then. Already up to a balmy 10, high of 25 predicted (bwahahaha!). Will be greeted with a weekend of snow to welcome in 2010.
Work goes on, as usual. At least I'm inside for the next two days before the long weekend. Rumor has it we might get out of here a bit early tomorrow, but it's no big deal for me, since I'm playing hermit this weekend anyway.

Today is the last day of "nice" weather (30's), supposed to start with a wintery mix tomorrow, turning to snow on Friday and Saturday.
No real plans for today. Might just curl up and read for a while.

For me, "curl up and read" is a euphemism for "nap". I'm good for about 3 paragraphs before it's light's out. :p

Had the threat of a severe snow/ice storm last night. Most everything fell West of me. We got some snow, but it melted fairly quickly. Been foggy most of the morning. I have to get down to the VFW to get the end of year bookwork and deposits made.
