Or, more correctly, Vlad knows he can bitchslap Obama around more than any president since Carter (hell, maybe ever) and he's gonna milk that for all he can.

Lord Zero's response will be to offer deeper cuts to America's defenses and foreign aid to Russia.

I'm sure he knows full well that with Zero in charge, he has absolutely nothing to worry about, and is merely dredging the river for the corpse of an excuse to do what he planned to do anyway.
