I changed my avatar from 60 back to 59, we don't have the majority in the Senate anymore

Senate = 100 seats

DUmmy's premise = 59 seats

100 - 59 = 41

59 > 41

Unless there are 120 seats and I missed something.

They are as proficient with English as they are with math, I have to give them that.  There are two independents in the mix, though of course they caucus with the Dems, so strictly speaking it's a three-way split though the Dems clearly have an overpowering majority, but just not a totally locked-in filibusterproof rubberstamp supermajority.

They insist that the entire country agrees with them but by their own reckoning they can`t even control the Senate when the raw numbers are on their side.

I know they will blame some mythical sinister "corporate" force as being what is denying them salvation but that is because they are just stupid.

Of course there are 120 118 seats in the Senate.  The Øne hath said that there are 59 States (57 states he'd graced with a visit from His Holiness, and two yet to be so graced).  59 states, 2 senators per state, equals 118 Seats in the Senate.

Silly Wabbit.

No DUmmie has ever given a link to any poll showing that. Most polls that I have seen show @ 60-40 against the proposed plans.

It is like all the green jobs that are being denied and other myths of the DUmp.
They tell each other and no one dares try to verify it so it becomes truth to them.

Those Blue Dog Democrat Senators know they have to be elected by the majority of the entire state, not just a moonbat-filled district like Pelosi's. You idiots on the left needed them to gain the majority, don't be pissed when they don't see eye to eye with you on 100% of the shit you pimp.

Suck on it, DUmmies.

didn't they also create 700 new House districts listing the jobs they "created"?

Let us not forget the tie breaking DUmmy.

Anyway. Is that what that 60 stood for? Sheesh. What an idiot.

BTW. Hey DainBramaged! Do you still have me on ignore? :lmao:

Liberman, Snowe and Collins will vote for it with a few changes.

That is exactly correct - very few states are liberal enough to let a Democrat senator go total moonbat and get away with it. The blue dogs NEED conservative and independant coters to keep their jobs.

Remember DUmmies -a politician's first and foremost duty is to get reelected. Making their constituents happy enough to allow that to happen is a side-effect.

But, "making their constituents happy" doesn't include the moonbat base in other states.

Experienced democrat politicians always tell the beginners, "Never go full moonbat."
