When the boss boar primitive first posted this, I was hoping it would be a "live thread" of the game, but no primitives showed up to comment until after the game was over.

we sail at the break of day, day, day, day

1. What's up with the game, Boss?
Toss a clue to us TV-free hicks in the hinterlands...
Yeah, that's why I was hoping it would be a live thread, describing action as it happened, but the boss boar primitive let me down.

3. Love ya Hicks
Navy 17 Army 03 in a defensive battle. Army could not generate any offense. Navy just enough. Although Navy had lots of passing yardage called back due to holding penalties.

5. Well done, BOSS.
Army played tough. But that's to be expected in THIS game. Good job, Middie!

6. I was pulling for Army at the end of the game
As was my wife (another Navy Vet.) I didn't want them to win the game but I did want them to score a touchdown. Great game indeed. Tears always shed in our household during this great tradition.

8. Mom has recently gotten into Navy football
of course, it's because of Republican Stepdad; they recently celebrated their fifth anniversary in Annapolis.
