My Magic 8 Ball says 'Outlook not so good'.

When is the episode asking " Can an extremist Muslim imam drive an army doctor to commit mass murder"? going to air?

They do this crap everytime they need ratings. Its why I do not watch the show. I remember when they had an episode on one of the Law and Order show and the plot delt with some guy shooting alot of people and when they searched his apartment they found extremist materials in the room. The actors were show holding up a "Guns & Ammo" Magazine as a sample of the "Extremist" materials.

I still love the show...and I especially like Chris Meloni... :naughty:

Yeah, but he was the top....they also showed a full frontal nudity shot of him in Oz :-)
-
love this show but let's face it, the whole "ripped from the headlines" thing has worked for almost 20 years for the entire L & O franchise.

I remember one that had to do with a Ann Coulter type. I don't remember the plot (?) but she was set up to look like a stupid bimbo that only cares about selling books. :whatever:

As a lawyer, L&O has always set my teeth on edge. The cop parts are usually pretty darn well-done, at least considering the megalopolis-type city department settings. But, the lawyer parts are totally laughable in their black-hat/white-hat lack of realism and numerous other major problems. Except for the fact of the law-chicks being incredibly hot (Also pretty damned unrealistic), the good guy lawyers are self-righteous douchebags in search of a doctoral dissertation to orally defend. I can't stand watching it.

I watched SVU and the rest of the L&O series for many years. I won't watch it anymore because of the implausible storylines and ridiculous, transparent far-left bias. FAIL on their part.

It's for this reason that House and ER bothered me...but I'll still watch House every once in a while...but the show is certainly unrealistic.

A caller to Beck this morning mentioned that.
I have been listening to hate radio while working the past couple of months and not once have they told me to go out and incite violence.

The Law & Order franchise seems to be about 50% of CBS's programming. That one with Mark Harmon and the lab girl that conveniently has an answer to everything is just plain ridiculous.

Law & Order is on NBC.....CBS has all the CSI's and NCIS.
Don't be knocking Abby and Gibbs... :hammer:

We watch House for the character acting.....not for it's medical accuracy........it is our family DR.'s favorite show, he commented that they need some new "diseases" however, seems that they have a repertoire of about a dozen that keep being recycled.......
