In no way, shape or form should Texas be playing in the National Championship.
There is nothing there. McCoy just lost the Heisman. Texas is just an average team. Nothing more. They have played nobody.
Ahem. Texas played Oklahoma. Texas played Nebraska.

I'm sorry, but I hope they lose. Texas has played creampuffs all year, they beat mediocre OU (as much as that pains me) by 1, and they're haven't looked good against Nebraska. They'll get smoked by Alabama.
We'll see.

10. Problem is---Oregon is the only decent team they played and beat 19-8. Oregon also lost to Stanford.
I think for Boise to get some respect they should at least play two decent teams per season.

How long before the DUmmies suggest that Congress get involved and FORCE the NCAA to put at least one Mid-Major into the BCS every year to make it "fair"?
As much as I detest the Longhorns...you put a Cincy or a Boink State against them...it would look like an NFL team playing the local High School.
