Dear President Obama: You've Pretty Much Blown It
by Robert Barkley Jr
Dear President Obama:
<edit>
You've had a chance to stand up to the terrorist Israeli state, but despite hints at doing so you have apparently resigned yourself to continued support for their immoral and illegal actions. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir. Yeah those damn Jooossss trying to take over the world and strapping bombs on babies ohhh wait
You had a chance to address the ills of Wall Street and the financial industry in general and Congressional complicity with them, but you shied away from the tough action that was necessary and even hired as advisors some of whom were at fault in the first place. Yes, the free-fall economy seems to have stabilized momentarily for those in the upper echelons of wealth, but not for the regular guys on Main Street. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir. Yeah Lord O blew it there spent a lot of money without doing anything
You have had more than one chance to tell the Pentagon and its Congressional friends, along with the military warmongers we've created, that the people are going to take over again, as the Constitution directs. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir - and in a big way.
You made lots of noise (some too kindly call it rhetoric) about the need to overhaul the nation's health care and insurance debacle. But when it has come right down to it, you decidedly were absent - the term "missing in action" seems most fitting here. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir.
You managed to get awarded a Nobel Prize for reasons I do not fully understand. Apparently is was for you gift of articulation, but certainly not for your gift of "walking the talk." I had hoped it was providential in some way, but so far it seems like the opportunity it provided to inspire actions consistent with the award's aura, have evaded you. A Peace Prize for escalating a war? Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir.
You apparently understood the malignant hold of large corporations on our nation's and the globe's economic system, but the campaign contributions you accepted and your behavior thus far indicates that you buy into this charade of "free market" thinking. It's about time you grabbed these folks by the lapels instead of coddling them and even collaborating with them. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir.
Your seem to lean toward acceptance of the overwhelming evidence of global warming, and you occasionally utter something about the need to address it, but then your actions, as of yet, indicate only a passing interest. Will you not try to save the planet? Will you not push our nation to sanity and responsibility? Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir.
Your grasp of enlightened educational improvement ideas also seems to have revealed a serious lapse in judgment. Charter schools, merit pay, standards and testing? These are arcane and perilous ventures sir. Each is flawed both psychologically and philosophically, not to mention financially. Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir.

2. But wait! Obama is going to speechify about creating jobs next week!

3. Wow. Brutal but needs to be said.
The final paragraph is right on the mark.
"What you inherited is quite frankly beside the point. Now it's yours -and ours. We are ready to make sacrifices and change ways. Are you? Thus far you've pretty much blown it here sir. There's still time."
I love watching the goons bitch and moan about Lord O. :lmao:

Dood...you're...dare I say it...en fuego tonite!

How long do you think it will be before Obama's base...the anti-war Left...threatens him with pulling their support for Obamacare unless he folds up shop in Afghanistan and Iraq within the next six months?

That's a good question. They aren't happy with Obamacare in the first place and this could be the final nail in the coffin.

His whole reason for delaying any action in Iraq was A) to try and find a plan that made EVERYONE happy...and end the end made no one happy...and B) to try and keep his base together long enough to ram Obamacare down our throats.
EVery day that Obamacare doesn't pass and more troops head to Afghanistan...the more chance there is that his base will turn on him mor ethan they already have and eventually hold healthcare hostage until he surrenders to the taliban.

I am sure he has a plan to deflect and distract. More than likely there will be more demonizing of republicans and blaming of Bush. However I think even the moonbats will not be fooled for too long. In another thread I made the case that the best thing that can happen to Obama is for the GOP to take congress by storm in 2010. that way they will be the boogymen and his base will gladly vote for him in 2012.

His base would vote for a Water Buffalo if it has a "D" behind its name.....it's the rest of the folks that we should be concerned with......

As of now it appears the Independents are not happy with the dems. The dems have had 2 terms now to fix what they were mad about in 2006 so I would say we have a good chance of having them vote GOP this time around. People forget that the change in 2006 was not people becoming libs all of a sudden they were just pissed that the GOP was screwing things up.

I would tend to believe that Zero would delay any action in Iraq and Afghanistan to keep his base together, but I look back at his voting record in the Illinois and US Senates.
The ONLY thing he took a definite stand on was abortion. Everything else he voted "present" (if he bothered to vote)....
Can't vote "present" when you are the "president"....

Never mind, I already know the ans to that one.

"We are ready to make sacrifices". Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Sacrifice to the DUmmies...is someone else having to dig a little deeper in their pocket to maintain the DUmmies welfare lifestyle.

I thought this was going to be the Limo Review written by Larry Sinclair.

They will gladly sacrifice their own economic rights if it means soaking the rich. In other words they will gladly give up the right to have private property as long as Bill Gates gets screwed.

Yeah, two national championships, numerous records broken, and a Heisman. Some failure, you f'n retard.

I'm certainly all for them sacrificing, as long as it is limited to their own and involves intense fire, or or very large and hungry but undiscriminating carnivores.

These are the same goons that called a two term president, who managed to keep our country safe despite being fought tooth and nail by every moonbat safe for most of his 8 years, a miserable failure.

"Intense fire"--is that "intense friendly fire," or "an intense fire?"
(I know--the answer is "yes.")
