Admittedly, I would enjoy watching Dear Leader attempt the "The buck stopped back there" strategy.  It would only continue to highlight not only how incompetent and stupid he is, but that he is always looking for excuses to try and deflect just how weak he is.  Without a doubt Hu Jintao, Putin, Ahmadinejad, and leaders of terrorists organizations all view Dear Leader as weak for a reason; he is weak.

No blame whatsoever for the Taliban controlled government of Afghanistan that was harboring Al Qaeda who attacked the US on 9-11?

Well, Hell, using the cross-carrying carpetbagging maternal ancestress's logic about who to blame--as if that would do any good--makes it reasonable for one to chastise Woodrow Wilson for the conflicts in the former Yugoslavia.

Impeach Woodrow.  To the Hague with Woodrow.
