Washington, D.C. (AHN) - The five Guantanamo prisoners who face trial in New York allegedly for allegedly plotting the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, plan to plead not guilty, according to the New York Times. And if he doesn't, we'll be seen as corrupt and KSM as a martyr. It's a no-win from a terrorism perspective. But if he's convicted, it's a huge loss for all citizens who support COTUS. If mirandizing is no longer mandatory for conviction in criminal court, our rights are effectively history.
