When Asked Where the Constitution Authorizes Congress to Order Americans To Buy Health Insurance, Pelosi Says: 'Are You Serious?'

I heard this on Beck yesterday and about drove my truck off the road.
There is a video with just the audio at the link above.
Her press spokesman, Nadeam Elshami, then told CNSNews.com that asking the speaker of the House where the Constitution authorized Congress to mandated that individual Americans buy health insurance as not a "serious question."
Not a serious question? She took an oath to abide by the constitution and when questioned about it being constitutional she says this crap?
This is what we are up against a speaker of the house who doesn't take the constitution serious.
This question is not only serious but very important. This question needs to be asked every time they come up with a lame brain scheme and if the answer is no then the debate ends there it can not be done.
I hope the voters in 2012 say "Are you serious?" when she ask them to vote for her then.

Pelosi is in the house and is up for reelection next year. How about bouncing her then???? If the Democrats lose the house they will throw her on her butt anyway which would be find seeing her go down in flames.....

The only way she gets bounced is if she gets out-moonbatted by some DUmb****. She's in a moonbat district, and won't be beaten by any Republican. But, if the Dem losses next year are of historic proportions, it's entirely possible that she serves out the rest of her days in the House as a moonbat without power, because there's been rumors of the Dem members of the House being pretty pissed off by her.

Why should they be? Since she and Howard Dean came in as the leadership of the Democrats, they have been winning all over the place.
Kind of odd that the pysycos are so effective. Given the track record, the only way they will bounce Nancy will be for Norman Bates.
