Title: Overdue hello
Post by: Gary56 on November 19, 2009, 07:32:11 PM: Long time lurker, finally getting around to saying hi. Conservative Cave is one of the few websites I visit almost daily. I've been lurking so long I feel I know some of you here. Who am I? I am married, three great kids (all boys), I am fairly conservative and currently a Minnesotan. I work for a county government and see the waste and inefficiency of government on a daily basis. I am also a Air Force and Air National Guard veteran who, like most people here, is a strong supporter of our military.

So I've broke the ice and I'll try to get more involved in this great website.

I used to live in MN, for a period of 14 years, after I retired from the Navy's Air Force. I moved back home to Texas where I don't have to shovel snow and freeze my butt off about a year and a half ago. I LOVE Minnesota's Permit to Carry laws!! They are MUCH better than Texas'.

Yeah Minnesota is pretty bad but I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area so this is really and improvement. Texas is one of the places I would like to go to, my
Dad was born there and I don't like the snow and cold. Maybe some day.
