We need to prosecute, honestly and fairly, but considering who was in charge when these guys were apprehended, I'm skeptical about their guilt.

Obama put the trial in NYC so the defense can use rules of discovery to put the Bush administration on trial.
IOW Obama is setting the stage to let volunteer lefty lawyers do his dirty work for him. I wouldn't be surpised if highly classified docs are "leaked" to the defense team in the name of discovery.

When W was in office they were crying to the heavens that most of the people at Camp X-Ray and Delta were "innocent bystanders" picked up merely for the color of their skin...or that they should be released merely on the fact they might have been "tortured"...or that their "civil rights" had been violated.
Now these same assclowns want them executed?
I want one lurking DUmmie to sign up and explain to me exactly WHY it's ok for the 9/11 masterminds to get the needle now and it wasn't jsut a year ago?
