So just like the Fort Hood shooter suffered from PTSD before he was deployed, can I get free food at Applebee's before I join the Army?

Just came home from Applebees. They had a selection of what meals were free and you had to pay for the drinks. Still not bad but at Golden Corral it's all free. The Applebees here stays open till Midnight now so getting was just a matter of waiting till the crowds died down.
