Why are liberals bound and determined NOT to call the Ft Hood incident a terror attack?
Obama is out there saying "lets not jump to conclusions.
Some liberal talking head said he have no idea of his motives.
"He was upset at being deployed." like mass murder is natural outlet for hurt feelings.
Every single liberal board I lurk at argue with anyone that this is not terror.
This is an across the board denial.
1) The guy was a muslim who publicly justified suicide attacks against Americans.
2) He shouted "Allahu Akbar!" just before he started shooting.
3) He deliberately targeted people who could not shoot back, like a typical cowardly jihadist.
What is so important for liberals to fight the idea that an obvious terror attack is not a terror attack?

To sum up the millions of words I have already written on the subject:
For liberals to admit Islam is evil is to admit the USA (the West) is good. They cannot have that because if the USA really is a force for good then liberalism is evil too.
Liberals are Satan's army on earth. Muslims are Satan's weapons on earth. The army uses the weapons against Satan's enemies. Both the army and the weapons are Satan's tools.

It would mean several things that prove the liberal mindset false.
1) There is actual evil in the world
The lib mind for the most part denies that there may be a religious based Judeo-Christian concept of good and evil while exalting man.
One of the foundations of Marxism.
2)There is a war being waged against the west with the USA as its symbol by islamofacists.
The liberal thinks America is the cause of all the worlds troubles so they sympathize with any that wish to attack its ideals of freedom and capitalism as an economic system.
That the jihadists wish for conversion to Islam is ignored,they are regarded as oppressed and understandably angry.
3)The defense of this country against any that wish to see her defeated requires resources.
They don`t want to see the country as it is and so don`t care about its defense.
Instead they want the monies spent lavishing them with goods and services.
4)With all of the above being so the majority of the population rejects that thinking so anything which reminds the public we are at war with terrorism does not bode well for liberals as far as electoral politics goes.
You could see the time line in the DUmmy threads as they were at first hyped up hoping the shooter was some sort of rightwing figure then the "oh crap" view when it became known he was a muzzie.
There was no consideration given to his motives until that point.
5)A bit petty but libs have forever regarded Nixon as a President they got and want him to personify corruption with the (R) after his name.
When Clinton was impeached that was somewhat cast to the side and they have been obsessed with regaining that territory.
This would indicate that President Bush (43) was indeed correct to view Islamic extremism as an internal danger and after 8 years of demonizing him it is more then they can stand to see history already starting to prove him right.
I am sure there are more and will let others take that up with their thoughts and opinions.

Liberals, Communists, Socialists, Fascists, Nazis, and Muslims terrorists are all one. Just look at them. They share the same hatred and goals. They hate Western Civilization and are obsessed with romanticizing the past. They can only be dealt with by violent force.

White cop arrests irate black professor....Obama immediately jumps to the conclusion white cop is racist and gives 30 minute speech about how evil white cops are mean to blacks.....and calls for a beer summit.
Muslim kills 13 unarmed American soldiers.....Obama gives 3 minute shout out to his buds and makes 30 second snide response to the shooting victims.....puts off having a meeting with the victims at Ft. Hood because it'll mess up his golf weekend at Camp David.

I posted this on a liberal board (not DU, they are way too fascist).
I was called a racist for calling this terror just because the guy is muslim.
They then went on a bent defining all Christians as terrorists.
since this guy was brown its a terrorist act but US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan will never be called terrorists.
Blaming islam for terror is racist.
since the victims were soldiers, it's not terror. terrorists only target civilians.
Ya know, the call of racist will mean nothing soon.
