That's quite old, it's a parody of a chart topping video originally made for a charity telethon here.
There were a number of parodies at the time and that one had so many hits from around the world it crashed the Ministry of Defence server

Actually if not for this clip on You Tube iwouldn't have found the song by the same person I had been looking for over 30 some years for. Its the theme song to a TV show called "The Protectors" and it was basically a show about 3 spys that did work for some unknown agancy. The stories involved them stopping spys and crooks so there really wasn't much to go by. It starred Robert Vaughn from the TV show "The Man From UNCLE" and two actors from europe. The theme song was a big hit over there in England and I had a crappy copy of it I recorded onto a casett tape as a kid. My dad and I used to watch the show and Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased) on Sunday nights during Summer vacation . The song used in my original post was written by a famous American song writter of the 60's,Neil Sedaka.
