Oh my.
We all know what this "a friend"'s all about.

What do you tell a friend who is about to get busted for prostitution?
This girl I know has been doing what she thought she "had" to do to get by.
I have helped her financially a couple times, but no, not in this type of deal.
She ended up being paid counterfeit money and when she went to the bank to deposit it, guess what happened...
I just talked to her on the phone and she is scared to death, as the cops are on their way to investigate.
Ah, dear... And I did tell her multiple times to get out of this business.
It's a big bonfire.

23. Why should I run screaming, dude? She committed a MISDEMEANOR
In Arizona, it's a misdemeanor. Granted, more serious than driving too fast, but not as serious as running a red light.
You need to cool down, dude.
She is not the first person I know who at one time or another prostituted herself.
I bet.

25. You should tell her not to talk to ANYONE without a lawyer. What you want is your problem. Her problem is staying out of jail.

50. They are NOT going to ignore the prostitution--they'll bust her on both, if they can. Get a lawyer and STFU, as everyone else here has said.
(Advice comes straight from experience.)
I'll bet.

Hey DUmmy, just STFU and don't tell them how you got it. Pretend you're on DU and make something up.

Last time I checked, passing counterfeit money was a FELONY. :thatsright:

Remember, we're talking about DUmmie wimmin here. I didn't know anyone was counterfeiting pocket change. :-)

Yes, it's hard to pass off quarters stamped out of junk Honda fenders.

But if anyone would accept one, it'd be a drug-addled DUmmie tranny hooker.

Unless they have some reason to believe she knew it was counterfeit, nothing's going to happen to her over that. They are very much going to want to know who she got it from, though, and it would be a HUGE mistake on her part to stonewall them on that.
-
Good grief, the only thing she has to say is who she got it from. If they ask why it was given to her as payment for services rendered and let it drop there. No need to tell the cops she engaged in any illegal activity. The DUmmies are all saying she should demand a lawyer, for what exactly who knows...

Also, the Secret Service usually gets involved in any significant counterfeiting case, and they could give two shits less about a state-level prostitution charge. They just want to know who's printing the bills.

As if she knows. "Yeah, um, white guy, maybe 40, blue Chevy, mole on his weiner." I don't think she could give them much to go on. Also remember that drug-addled DUmmie whores make for poor witnesses in court. I'd disregard the testimony of a witness just knowing that they had a friend that posted at DU. It undermines their judgement and credibility.

What kind of DUmbshit deposits ill-gotten gains in the form of cash in their bank account?

She obviously hasn't gotten any help from ACORN, or she would be making her deposits in a tin out back of the house.

Maybe he should advise his friend to carry one of those pens they use in grocery stores to check their bills. Could be a multipurpose tool if she used it as a crank straw.
