Sean Penn arrives in Cuba to interview Fidel Castro
October 26, 2009 - 3:14PM

A US entertainment news website, TMZ, reported earlier that Penn was writing a story for Vanity Fair magazine about how the Obama administration has affected Cuba.

Obama recently asked Spain to send a message to Cuba urging its President Raul Castro to step up efforts to improve relations with Washington, a Madrid newspaper reported Sunday.

Wait, wasn't it illegal for Americans to travel to Cuba?  Can they keep him there for a while, let him live on plantains and rice for a few years and see how he handles it?

Michael Moore(on) went to Cubs, didn't he?  I thought 0Bama had already lifted travel restrictions to there.

What a tool. (one of those un-useful idiots)

Although, on a fairly recent episode of Red Eye, Greg was jokingly speculating that Sean Penn could be some sort of CIA super spy. Thus explaining his trips to Iran, Cuba and Venezuela etc. How fraking cool would that be.

Efforts by Hollywood actor Sean Penn, pictured May 2005, to aid New Orleans victims stranded by Hurricane Katrina foundered badly, when the boat he was piloting to launch a rescue attempt sprang a leak.(AFP/File/Pascal Guyot)

I bet he gets a new boat in no time.
