Title: Sunday, Wherefore Art Thou?
Post by: NHSparky on October 25, 2009, 06:36:33 AM
Why did I get up at 4:30?  Oh yeah--work.  Day off tomorrow.

Rain moving out, drying up, high of 55 today, low of 35 tonight.  Maybe I can get some yard work done along with housecleaning and laundry tomorrow.

I had to get up early to lock the door after she left.

We should have a nice day today, before it cools off a little next week.

Getting down to the wire on our move to the Eastern Shore Peninsula of Virginia....moving day is in exactly one week, and still craploads to do. Missing my kids, who have been living with my mom and step-dad down there for the past month (they live 5 minutes from where we are moving to). Red and I are driving the 3-hour trip down there tomorrow to spend the day with my daughter who turns a BIG 9...good lord where does the time go. Then back here on Tuesday to finish packing. Weeeee, so much fun!

Sunday morning laziness.  Laid in bed till darn near 8:30 this morning. Holding hands and talking 'bout silliness. Happiness is.  Omelets and Tater pancakes this morning and then probably more organizing and cleaning.

My daughter has been sidelined all weekend with flu and we are just starting to get REALLY concerned. She usually powers through anything.  She spent a SATURDAY in bed sleeping. :(

Hey, I had a cousin stuck in that diploma mill in '83.....and his sister was visiting him there too. They were both very, very happy to see the US military arrive.

Don't worry, he became a shrink.
