Oh my.

The primitives seem unusually paranoid and distraught today.

Probably something only the primitive see, subconsciously.

I feel like we are under seige.

And I cannot understand the enveloping feeling of powerlessness on our part. The oil companies have financially strangled our economy for decades, Wall Street thumbs their noses at us, telling us "Thanks for the bailout. Now kiss our collective asses..."

In the face of even modest new credit regulations, the *******ed credit company execs couldn't wait to find new ways to screw us, with all types of obscene new fees, bogus reasons to triple our interest rates, roaming monthly posting dates and so on.

The insurance companies have waged open warfare on us, and the most disturbing thing for me on this issue, is how so many Americans can still be duped by the fearmongering, grossly paid Washington lobbyists, who have total access to power.

Do you or I have that? Secret meetings, backdoor deals, convoluted political processes, designed anymore for show than for real substance. The pols have to make it look good, smiling while constantly stabbing us in the back.

If Washington doesn't stop the madness and do some serious corporate ass kicking and regulate the hell out of these industries, then the greedmongers will not stop, until they've sucked the marrow from our carcasses. It WILL be the end of the U.S.

1. I'm not that worried

See France 18th century or Russia 1917. Of course after that happens, well there are a whole new set of problems.

Oh, but not all revolutions are left-wing events.

4. It may come to that. As has been reported recently, if it weren't for the unemployment extensions, there would be long lines at soup kitchens and a great deal more unrest, considering the true unemployment rate is figured to be around 18%.

Now, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute.

I thought Bo was going to have this all handled by 11:01 a.m. January 20, 2009.

The primitives promised us he would.

What's the hold-up here?

They need to pick one from the approved list of villains.

Oil Companies
Wall Mart
Big Pharma
Insurance Companies
Fox
Rush

In their pin headed world oil companies are always a safe choice when choosing a villain.

Indeed.
You will be missing your head.  That could be a problem...maybe.

It's a strange view they have that leads them to believe companies prosper by alienating and bankrupting their customer bases.

Just WOW!

Somebody forget to take their Gubmint free drugs? All these DUmbasses do is complain 24/7!

Damn! Don't they ever have anything constructive to do?

Ya know, I've had insurance most of my life. Paid for by either me or my employer. I'll lay odds, that the total since just '98 has been pretty close to 3/4 of a mil! My outa pocket is as close as I can estimate, around 10 grand. The insurance companies are waging war against us????? I have to go see "Doc" bi-monthly. My share: 40 bucks! Yeah they're really wagin' war on me! "Doc" charges a minimum of $65 for an office call. He employs at least 3 full time aids and one Nurse Practitioner.
