Report: LockReport: Lockerbie Bomber Has Died

Wednesday, October 21, 2009 


URGENT: Sky News reports Lockerbie Bomber Abdelbaset al-Megrahi has died.

"Official sources in Westminster are seeking to confirm reports that the Lockerbie bomber may have died," according to Sky's Political Editor Adam Boulton.

"Al-Megrahi was released controversially in August from Scottish prison by SNP Justice Minister Kenny MacAskill, on compassionate grounds."

I believe he was released because of terminal prostate cancer. He didn't have long to live anyway.

I remember when he was first released there was a big stink because the diagnosing doctor was paid by the Libyans and Meghri never saw an oncolygist.

In other words it was looking like the Scots had been had.

I bet the Scottish Minister of Justice is breathing a sigh of relief.

Yeah. thats the first thing I thought. Can we really depend on a muslim to tell the truth?
If the source is Libyan, then he is probably on his way to another country to train more killers.

So he's not dead? Or is he really dead? This "may be alive" could apply to every living creature on the planet - I've heard that he wasn't THAT close to death as the doctors claimed so he'd get released. He sure looked like he was feeling okay at his welcome home party his fellow terrrorists (i.e., the Libyan government) threw for him.
