Title: Rifqa Bary: what if she had been a convert to Islam from a Christian family?

The teen ran away from her parents' Columbus-area home in July, saying she feared being killed for converting to Christianity. But a Florida Department of Law Enforcement investigation found no credible threats to Bary.

I have no doubts that if Rifqa had been a convert to Islam from a Christian family, the judge would've never ordered her return.

I hope she lives to be 18 and can escape once and for all.  I wonder if her lawyer even tried to get her legally emancipated.
