the chickens are less than a year old. I bought 50 - my sister ate 10, sold 30 and now I would like to give the rest away.

9. I've seen chickens fend for themselves in Virginia.

And Key West is crawling with them. I thought maybe they could start a feral chicken colony.

I want to find someone wanting to do a small homestead/farm on my 5 acres there...

A commune might work.

A five-acre farm. That's quite a spread. You could run a herd of cattle, raise corn, wheat, soybeans. And way down on
the south one you could maybe start a dude ranch for city folks to visit on vacation.

GW Bush has (if I remember correctly) 1200 acres down south of here, thats considered a small farm.
