8. A better question

What have you got when you have HOPE in both hands and a batch of crabby Republicans clinging to your ankles as you climb a mountain of garbage left behind by your predecessor?

Answer: A long hard slog. Perhaps we could HELP instead of standing on the sidelines, bitching.

9. It means you emptied the bag of all the shit you don't need and you are in the process of filling it with benificial items. And, because you hold hope in one hand (rather than fear/hate), you will fill it wisely.
