Man, it is s-o-o-o-o-o boring on Skins's island today that I got desperate trying to find something, and ended up in the gay forum.

Perhaps this is petty and resentful...
But I think it's hurtful and insulting that our President has put more effort into campaigning for the 2016 Olympics than for our rights as citizens of this nation. I guess I'll leave it at that before I spout some very angry words.

Hmmm. Like Michael Moore, perhaps?

5. I agree.
I don't think Obama shouldn't campaign for the Olympics, but could put more of an effort into fighting for equal rights for all people.

7. 18 hours?
More effort?
He is only spending 18 hours on going to Copenhagen.

15. His vacation this year has been minimal.
He works late into the night.
He will probably work on the plane trip there and back.
You are very petty.
Huh?

19. Well, it was sarcasm...and how do you know he's working late and on the plane...amazing how you're right there with him...how do you accomplish that? Pretty amazing but I guess justifying homophobia allows you to do miraculous things.

20. I have read that he works late.
About working on the plane - that was a guess - but I am sure not off the mark.

24. Well, guess what...
...why do you feel you have the right to tell GLBT people here what they should or should not be concerned with, and what they should or should not feel????

25. No, I was responding to the fact that somone criticized that I guessed he was working on the plane trip over - and it turns out he was.
I was responding to someone criticizing my statement. That is all.
I did not even see it was GLBT.

26. Word of advice
The next time you feel the urge to take umbrage at a thread or poster, at least take notice of what forum you're on. Then in future you can perhaps tell us all here when and how we should feel about our civil rights.

28. Yes, I will take your advice and check the forum.
Sorry for not noticing.
But my post had nothing to do with civil rights - it was about Obama working on the plane trip to Copenhagen - in response to someone criticizing the fact that I guessed he may be working on the plane.
(BTW I have always been for LBGT rights - had fought vocally against people who have shown bias over decades - have always thought it was natural and not a choice.)

12. Silly girl!
Next you'll be telling us he should have intervened in California just before the Prop H8 vote, the way he's intervening in state politics by telling Gov. Paterson not to run-- I mean... um... waitasec... I mean, like he's stepping in to solve California's water crisi-- Wait, wait, that's no good, too...
Look! Behind you! It's a pony! (You just have to dig!)

17. he said Gay on election night! that was pretty big but I guess it's sorta went down hill from there. I appreciate his comments against bigotry, but he always leaves it to the fact that Congress controls the laws. I know they would say, and I understand, that he can't do anything else, but I really would like him to do a public visit, as president, to a church that is primarily Gay, or visit kids in a Gay teen outreach or homeless group, (if he's done these I haven't heard them), or something that is so visibly supportive so people see the president being with Gay citizens.

29. I guess when he made all of those campaign promises to us he didn't know that Congress controls the laws. So why is it we vote for a president anyway if they can't do anything themselves?

Did the gay DUmmies even know that during the campaign Obama came out and said he didn't agree with gay marriage?

Silly liberal. How dare you disagree with anything a GLBT says? And just what does this topic have to do with civil rights anyway?

You know, I didn't realize how bloodthirsty that purge was, that my fellow alum Skins did on the gay primitives, until today.
There's a lot of gay primitives missing in action now.

When it comes to subjects near and dear to homosexuals, that Obamo character changes the subject as quickly as possible. He acts as if he is guilty of something....like being a deeply closeted homosexual himself.
I wonder what the Little Goon Gaydar Squad picks up in that area. Would they out him? Would it be the height of hypocrisy to be a Little Gay Goon who thinks/knows that Oboma character is a homo yet say nothing?

Dummies want being a homosexual to equate to being an oppressed minority.
Another fenced in voting block is all it is to them.

That is the last thing you should say to them in person

Even though he's my fellow alum--the old school tie and all that--I'm not quite confident Skins has a spinal column. I surely hope he does, but only time will tell.
