A number of Latino groups, which traditionally urge illegal immigrants to take part in the census to boost social spending in their areas, are now rallying for a national boycott until comprehensive immigration reform is addressed. "It is a myth and a lie to tell us we need to be counted in order to get money for our communities," says the Rev. Miguel Rivera, head of the National Coalition of Latino Clergy and Christian Leaders, which represents 20,000 churches in 34 states. "Our barrios have the worst schools, the worst roads, and the worst medical care and we won't be used as a cash cow for politicians when we get no benefits." The coalition claims it can already guarantee 2.5 million absentees, "and that's a conservative number." The boycott is dividing Hispanic advocacy groups and already prompting concern from state officials worried about losing much-needed funding. Rivera isn't fazed. He expects 5 million absentee guarantees by year's end. He wants states to lose representatives in Congress. "If politicians don't see the need for immigration reform, then we don't need those politicians anyway."

He wants money and amnesty first.

This is a good thing. Every Latino should refuse to participate in the census.
-
This is a good thing. Every Latino illegal alien, regardless of where they come from, should refuse to participate in the census.
FIFY. Just because most illegals come from Mexico and Central/South America, doesn't mean ALL Latinos are illegals. Quite the opposite, in fact.

True, but most illegals are Latino, and most Latinos live in DimRat controlled areas, correct? So, if all Latinos refused to participate in the census, then it would hurt the DimRats overall.

Next thing you know, all the illegals will stop voting too.

Oh, now we know THAT'LL never happen.

And again, I refuse to paint with a broad brush like that. It doesn't help the dialogue, and it really does make us look petty.

Where's the broad brush? You don't think that most illegals are Latino or that most of them don't live in DimRat controlled areas?
-
Maybe if the ****ers paid taxes they would have better schools, roads and neighborhoods.

Look at what you said:

Not all Latinos are illegal, believe it or not. Not even a majority. I know, shocking, ain't it? So while your conclusion might be correct, the logic you use to get there is faulty at best, and really is hurtful.
-
Who gives a S**t. The only census they should be in, is the one on the bus going South. You know, that one counting how many of their asses were tossed back on the other side of the border.

Agreed that most Latinos are not illegals, but that doesn't change the fact that most illegals are Latino . What I was trying to get at, is that if all Latinos , both legal and illegal supported the boycott of the census, then it would hurt the DimRats.

Illegals shouldn't be counted in the Census.

Illegals shouldn't be counted in the Census.
Sure they should.
Question number 3476: Are you a legal American citizen or legal resident of the United States??
If anyone is dumb enough to answer "no..."

With Zero in charge, absolutely nothing would happen if they answered "no".
He's already planning on another amnesty.
-
I am inclined to agree with you, but article 1 section 2 of the constitution says otherwise. Bummer.

Bull-SHIT. So a state like California, with upwards of 2.5-3 million illegals, gets 5 or 6 extra Congressional seats basically by fraud? And before you think I'm only bashing blue states, apply the same standard to other states with high illegal populations like Texas, Florida, New York, Illinois, and North Carolina.

Okay, cause for a while there, it sounded like you wanted to avoid counting ALL Latinos. My bad.

Unfortunately, neither party has reason to do so. Our government doesn't have the political will, and we don't have the finances to just uproot and toss over every illegal, although if the STATES worked with the feds to discourage illegals, they'd go back home on their own for the most part.

Why should sending them back cost us anything. They own property, cars, TV's, Jewelry, etc......we confiscate what they own, sell it, charge for trip home and to satisfy the liberals, we give them the balance....however for my part, we'd keep it all so they could buy their way right back cross the border.

Jury Sides With Florida Hospital That Deported Illegal Immigrant

STUART, Fla. — A South Florida hospital that quietly chartered a plane and sent a seriously brain injured illegal immigrant back to Guatemala over the objections of his family and legal guardian did not act unreasonably, a jury ruled Monday.
Health care and immigration experts across the country have closely watched the court case in the sleepy coastal town of Stuart. They say it underscores the dilemma facing hospitals with patients who require long-term care, are unable to pay and don't qualify for federal or state aid because of their immigration status.
"It is a critical dilemma facing health care providers across Florida and across the United States."
The lawsuit filed by Jimenez's cousin and legal guardian sought nearly $1 million to cover the estimated lifetime costs of Jimenez's care in Guatemala. It also asked for damages from the hospital for "unlawfully detaining" him and punitive damages to discourage other medical centers from taking similar action.

The Fourth Amendment would disagree with you.

No, California would LOSE seats because we could just ship them back home in a semi truck like how they came in.
