***ANNOUNCEMENT FROM franksolich***

The month of September isn't quite over yet--in the central time zone, we still got about fifteen and a half hours to go, in the mountain time zone, about sixteen and a half hours--but anyway, we've already had our best month here, ever.

Before then, August 2009 had been our best month.....and with one day less in September, we've already topped August.

This place is rocking.

I need to thank all members and "guests" who show up here.

I can't speak for the administrators and other moderators here, but I personally thank all and any who contribute to the traffic of this site; everyone from those who merely lurk, to those who post original topics (those who comment are in between).

I'm very proud to be associated with such fine people.  As Clare Boothe Luce (I think it was Clare Boothe Luce who said it, but am not 100% certain; I do tend to attribute all wit to Clare Boothe Luce) once said, if one wishes to be smart, one should hang around smart people.

It's great, and I thank you all.

I'd like to thank the likes of Lleuser and his sock puppet for volunteering to be the chew toy for the month of September, and thereby creating situations for CCers to post/flame on.
