Someone explain this to me. In this day and age of racial equality, why can't Obama be treated the way people treated President Bush?

The other day when Beck had the mothers as a studio audience there were several black ladies in the group. I wonder if they are racists?

I don't understand it either. The comparison of President Bush to a monkey was based on his ears and facial features. 0Bama has even bigger, more monkey like ears, and other features, so it seems humorous to me.

Well don't ya all know that the Obumbler is the great uniter? Hell once he was elected the whole world was going to be our oyster! Everyone was going to get a free pony, free healthcare, the oceans would suddenly recede (like they miraculously raised during the Bush years), fat cats were going to give the poor all their money and still hire millions to new jobs, we could close Gitmo 'cause the Mussies would luv, luv, luv us, everyone would have a house you don't have to pay for, etc.............................? The only reason you could disagree with him is you just hate anyone who is not of the same skin color as yourself.

And now a strip club can't have the "Obama Joker" poster outside without it being called racist.
Richmond Virginia- Activists gathered outside a downtown strip club Monday to denounce as racist a banner depicting President Obama as the Joker from Batman.
"Not only is it an attack on the president, but also on all men and people of African descent," King Salim Khalfani, president of the Virginia NAACP, said of what he called "the abomination that's on the wall" outside Club Velvet.
The banner, unfurled within the past few days, depicts Obama as Heath Ledger's grotesque Joker character from "The Dark Knight." The president is shown with smeared red lipstick, a white face and darkened eyes. The word "socialism" is spelled out below the caricature.
Dancer Kaitlyn McGee handed out a statement from club owner Sam Moore, who did not appear. The statement described him as a "staunch libertarian" and said the banner was intended to show his displeasure with Obama's policies. McGee walked through the crowd with a sign that read "Strippers 4 Obama" to show that Moore is not opposed to the president himself.
"Mr. Moore would like to say that anyone who believes that his banner is racist is an ignoramus," it read.
McGee, who described herself as a waitress and dancer, said customers had not complained since the banner was unfurled at the busy intersection in Shockoe Bottom, a historic entertainment and residential district.
"As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't really bother me," she said. "You could say a lot worse things about him." :rotf:

What crap, from what I can see in my area of the country only 10 years ago few gave a thought to race, we may have been interested in the culture of others but no biggie.
Now suddenly, the intire country is race conscious, in fact we are being bombarded with hate speech from the media that is disguised as getting the story to " check out the difference between them and us-
1970 song " I love everyday people" comes to mind, the Anthem for my generation and life long belief.
Was a while until that was supplanted when I had children with Super Tramp,' The Logical Song from Breakfast in America.
We almost had it all together, race problems had gone down drastically. Now everyone is encouraged to fear strangers, to expect strangers to want to harm us, to place labels on others.
Lets see, blacks are monkeys, whites are dressed in white robes with pointy white hoods.
Latinos are criminals wearing gang bandannas, Asians have kids that are smarter then ours and may take up all the jobs that our kids are to stupid to do. Those who follow the tradition of Islam are budding terrorists. American Indians are losers and drunks.
People who live in trailer parks are scum, those that make a good living and have big homes dealing drugs and get involved with their comunity are salt of the earth.
