Suppose a foreign country were responsible for killing 45,000 Americans per year
It would be a radioactive cinder by now. Yet we allow for profit insurance to do exactly the same thing.

1. Your post should be made into a giant
banner.
It should be the headline on every newspaper and news website in existence, all over the world.
It should be the topic of every homily and sermon in every church and mosque and synagogue and house of worship in the United States.
It should be the first subject discussed in every public and private school, college, university, institution of learning in this country.
It should be written on every menu in every restaurant.
It should be painted on the sides of buses and cabs and trains and planes and ships.
All new cars should have this post painted across the trunk.
Each baby born should be given a card with this on it, for the child to hold onto throughout life.
A reminder that not all the murderers are as easy to spot as Charlie Manson, but the nicely-dressed ones are much more vicious, much more dangerous, much more culpable than Charlie ever was or will be.
Thank you for putting in such stark and simple and indisputable terms.

I don't know. I actually found that statistic a couple of weeks ago while doing some research. Also, an estimated 7% of abortions occur as a result of rape, incest, or potential health problems for the mother or child. If my math is correct that means approximately 1,221,080 unborn babies are killed predominantly for reason of convenience.
And an estimated 47% of abortions are performed on women who have already had at least one previous abortion.

The problem with this 45,000 people dead every year by insurance companies is simple.
Liberals have not spent the last 10 years demonizing the insurance industry. NO ONE HATES INSURANCE COMPANIES. The brain washed masses hate the oil industry, but until health care even had a chance no one needed to hate insurance.
They wasted their time demonizing a president.
So now its too late, you can't make America hate an industry for no good reason.

* Influenza and Pneumonia: 56,326
* Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis: 45,344
* Septicemia: 34,234
I don't see the DUmp monkeys complaining much about fast food, junk food and smoking.
