Researchers, who surveyed 3000 women aged 18-50, found on average they slept with eight men, but were drunk with at least five, and on two occasions couldn't remember the man's name the next day, the Herald Sun reports.

Four out of 10 had been tipsy when sleeping with a partner for the first time.

The study found 75 per cent of women liked to drink before getting into bed with their husband or boyfriend, and 6 per cent had never had sex sober.

Not me. I was always a touch-me-not when I drank. If I was in a drinking mood, I wanted to be the life of the party in a big crowd and then when the party was over, I immediately wanted to crash somewhere and sleep and be left alone.

On the other hand, when I was in the mood to throw down like a nypho it was always when I was sober. Most things are better enjoyed when sober, sex being one of them.

I'm not a multi-tasker when it come to drinking and/or sex.
