Lucky Soldier Wins $1 Million

Though He Hit the Jackpot, Sergeant Plans to Return to Iraq for a 3rd Tour

After completing two tours in Iraq, Sgt. Wayne Leyde won $1 million from a scratch-and-win lotto ticket on Tuesday.

Now that he's won, Leyde, a 26-year-old member of the Washington National Guard, says he's still going to volunteer to go back to Iraq for a third tour and won't spend any of the money in the meantime.

Like they said at the end of the movie "The Bridges of Toko Ri"

"Where do we find such men?"

I wish him all the best and thank him for serving.

That really says something, doesn't it? Between the dumbass Obamite lemmings willing to take capitalism over the cliff with them and traitors like Medea Benjamin and her Code Pinkos spewing their filth.... I sometimes feel like this country is heading towards becoming Sodom and Gomorrah. Then I see stories like this and hear of troops like Sgt. Wayne Leyde and it really warms my heart and makes me optimistic for this country knowing that more troops probably would have done the same.  :usflag:

It makes me happy when people who really deserve something wonderful actually get it.

And have the class, morals and dignity to decide to do the right thing.  With men like this on our side, we can't lose militarily.
