4. Entrapment works
Apparently. They are going to lose their Federal funding and become defunct because of this. They should develop and new business model and reorganize under a new acronym. Bleckkk will never let this rest, now that blood is in the water. It seems to be fine in America that the top 1% has more money that the rest of the lowest 90% combined. Corporations buy politicians by the gross. But God, forbid that someone should try to organize the poor to vote.
Entrapment only counts if you're enticed into committing a crime you ordinarily be disposed in committing. As the employees were not offered money by O'Keefe and the attending hottie nor did ACORN pay commissions I doubt this will stand up any better than Dead-ted's Chappaquiddick alibi.

8. No it doesn't! What the House and Senate have done is Illegal by US Code.

The senator and Representative introducing those bills have drawn The United States, The Senate and The House into a crime. All three can be held liable by US Code. Sovereign immunity is waved in the language. Biden, Reid, and Pelosi need to be saying SHOW ME THE WARRANTS!
Ah, get it? Suddenly private journalists need warrants so if the WH and senate withdraw money based on the videos they become accessories after the fact.
It's dumber than condoms for porcupines but I think they should call for Limpeachment.

7. It is legal for them to do that. It is illegal for the Senate and House to cut their funding over -

5. She should demand enforcement of US Code on the Senate and House.

US Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 119. Throw the whole damned chapter at them! Census Bureau too!

The cited statute is here: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/18/usc_sup_01_18_10_I_20_119.html
Of course this implies that EVERY investigative journalistic effort is illegal. I doubt the courts would share wizzy777's interpretation.

Yet they wanted * impeached with no evidence of a crime other than the bs on lefty websites.
:whatever:

Sorry primitives - as they say 'Live by the sword, die by the sword' - if anecdotal evidence and fabrications = Chimpeachment then certainly videotaped crime admissions = defunding at the very least, right ?
Looks like you'll have to find a new puppet group for census and vote rigging. Tick-Tock DUmmies, time's a wastin' ..

It's always enjoyable when a dose of cold, hard reality hits them like a brick thrown at William Pitt.

Although those sections do not clearly say it either way, I believe that part of the US Code deals with interception by third parties who are not intended to be privy to the conversation, NOT revelation or covert recording by one of the parties to the conversation.

Not only should Acorn be defunded, every effort should be made by the U.S. Government to recover as much of the funds as possible and that amount should be refunded to the American tax payer with a giant apology and a final admission that the government cannot spend our money better than we can.

Indeed.
Sec 2511 Ch 2 Subsec D:
(d) It shall not be unlawful under this chapter for a person not acting under color of law to intercept a wire, oral, or electronic communication where such person is a party to the communication or where one of the parties to the communication has given prior consent to such interception unless such communication is intercepted for the purpose of committing any criminal or tortious act in violation of the Constitution or laws of the United States or of any State.
That's why 60 Minutes gets to do what it does.
