So...the teabagger Limbaughts are protesting the fact that Obama lowered their taxes? WTF????

Yeah that $13 a paycheck will offset all the new taxes and regulations that Obama will impose on us. :whatever:
Besides a small tax cut will not buy us into thinking socialism is a good idea.
Maybe that extra gram of pot or bag of Cheetos Obama's tax cut brought you will buy your loyalty.
There is no price that will make me sell off our freedoms.

Yep everything the Govt "Gives us" gets taken right back and they wonder why we aren't for more govt control.
And I still am pissed that Bush didnt make the tax cuts permanent.

In a way, really the $13 is just paying the refunds forward by reducing withholding by an amount on average the IRS knows they'd have to cough back up in refunds at the end of the filing season anyway. It's just a shell game, not even really a true tax revenue reduction.

Not to mention "Cash for Clunkers" showing up on 1040s this coming year and the $8,000 "tax credit" for first-time homebuyers being taken back over the next 10 years . . .

Maybe it was a great political ploy on his part. If a Republican had taken office, it was pretty much assured to be extended. And we're seeing what happens with the Dem. Now come 2012, our candidate can point out that Obama let the cuts expire leading to a massive tax hike that he promised wouldn't happen.

Freeper, what's even more pathetic and laughable is that the $13 a week in question isn't even a reduction in TAXES, it's a reduction in WITHOLDING. The tax is still owed at the end of the year, meaning you'll either 1--owe more if you typically pay, 2--get a smaller refund if you typically get money back.
And for the record, I'd love to have seen $13/week. I'm not sure I got any change at all apart from my normal payraises.

Gawd the DUmmies are clueless. I listen to Rush nearly every day at work, and he's never encouraged people to attend the tea parties. He's talked about them sure, but there is no organized effort on his part.

And the best part is that $676 a year gets deducted from the tax refund. And the DUmp will be in an uproar when they realize it was a shell game. Just like they are slowly waking up to the fact that Obama care is a shell game.
