Pelosi: Fighting War in Afghanistan Unpopular
WASHINGTON -- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says there's little support in the country or the Congress for sending more troops to Afghanistan.
She told reporters on Thursday that she was eager to see a classified report near the end of the month from Army Gen. Stanley McChrystal on the situation in Afghanistan. McChrystal is believed to have made the case for sending more troops, without asking for specific numbers.
Earlier this year, Obama ordered 21,000 more troops to Afghanistan, which would bring the total number of U.S. forces there to 68,000 by the end of next year.
Well, she is an expert on being unpopular. :loser:

Deploying the troops is not nearly as unpopular as turning the whole thing into a damned cluster**** fiasco will be, and all on the Democrats' watch with no cover about "We inherited it," this is the war Obama stood behind (The one he, Reid, and Pelosi didn't stand behind seems to have largely succeeded, too). They seem Hell-bent on turning it into a debacle of terrible proportions, it's a damned shame they are going to get a lot of good men and women killed with their incompetent meddling.

She's doing nothing but pandering to her moonbat constituency. Her words mean nothing, except erode at the morale and will of those who are doing the fighting.
The 2010 elections can't happen soon enough. This bitch must be deposed and sent off into obscurity.

This is the kind of crap that makes it very hard to maintain my professional bearing around them. Wed. she was unveiling the Flight 93 memorial at the Capitol and talking about what a horrible act it was etc etc yadda yadda yadda.

So every time this brain-dead opens her mouth, it's painfully apparent the only way she got to the top was to sleep her way there.
That being said, who was desperate enough to bang her in the first place?
