I'll miss Mr. Buckley. . .The National Review was my first introduction to conservatism and I would often go into the Barnes and Noble at UCF to read it with a cafe' con leche by my side. (often, it was neglected in the corner. . .probably only me, the original Kharis, and some assorted CR's would ghetto-read it)  I loved it and I love it's online cousin too ( John Derbyshire, "Jack Dunphy", and Thomas Sowell were my favorites) for giving me witty comebacks, new angles and just. . .a refreshing bit of media to devour.

Now, I wonder. . .will I ever get to see the likes of Mr. Buckley again? I say maybe, because franksolich can get downright Buckleyesque at times and when I first read his posts. . .I thought the next words on the screen would be, "Don't Immatize(sp!) the Echelelon(sp!) !!" (That's an REALLY old Buckley thing... I think Frank will get it if he can figure out my mispellings).
