Title: Voting Kansas primitive is very confused

Is there any Republican who honestly thinks Jesus would not want Universal Health Care???

I would love to hear their logic about that!

How can any Jesus loving republican think that Jesus would not want every person to have access to health care?

The bastards are so hypocritical that it makes me want to puke!

What in the world are you talking about, you idiot?  Every American DOES have access to health care.

Apparently Universal Health Care was so important to Jesus that he condemned the Roman government for not providing it to all its people.  I'm pretty sure that can be found in Matthew 29 or Luke 25 or somewhere around there.

I'm not God, but I suspect Jesus would want the sunflower primitive to offer its personal aid and resources to help someone who's afflicted with something, rather than demanding that the government take care of it.

Every little bit helps.  One small step for man, one giant step for mankind.

KansasVoter could have a personal relationship with J or the Holy Spirit if he or she so chose and then they wouldn't have to guess at what J wants or wants not.  Or what other people should think J would want or want not.

Jesus was very clear in His words regarding what He wanted us to believe and it wasn`t anything to do with physical health care.

Quote
Jhn 14:1   Â¶   Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

Jhn 14:2       In my Father's house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

Jhn 14:3       And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also.

Jhn 14:4       And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.

Jhn 14:5       Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?

Jhn 14:6       Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Lurking DUmmies...just once address what Jesus said regarding Salvation in the Gospels instead of trying to take out of context a few verses to portray a person you reject as some sort of socialist.
You can`t and won`t.

In Jesus's day, if it wasn't leprosy, it was just whining.

Any DUmmy stricken with leprosy will get immediate care from the feds under our current system.

It isn't even politically correct to call it leprosy anymore.

Lepers have disappeared along with winos.

I thought mentioning God or Jesus was verboten at DU.

Besides, maybe the next time that pinhead has a tete-a-tete with Jesus they'll deign to enlighten the rest of us on what Jesus wants.

The DUmmies cannot conceive of a "god" who isn't a Marxist revolutionary.

For hundreds of years, Christians have been providing healthcare for those who could not pay.  But the DUmmies have worked hard to destroy that because those that could pay were expected to do so; and because the Christians wouldn't do things the DUmmies want...like murder children.

After much long labor, (just like the labor to make sure all our water is always clean and our food is safe to eat  ::) )...the DUmmies managed to get so many regulations written about healthcare that hospitals and clinics spend millions of man-hours every year responding to government red tape.

And thanks to DUmmie lawyers and the legal system, health providers spend millions defending themselves from the regretable fact that humans work in healthcare and are imperfect.

So now, after destroying our healthcare system and working on eliminating the conscience clause to drive even more Christians out of the non-profit side of it...the DUmmies have taken to (mis)quoting Christ in an attempt to point out nonexistant hypocrisy...while remaining completely clueless about their own hypocrisy.   :mental: :mental:

Amazing how God shows up when they want something.  Like he's Santa.

God knows what they're all about.

The 11th commandment stated thou shalt have govt run healthcare but Moses dropped that tablet and it broke. So only ten commandments made it. (Mel Brooks reference)  :-)

I'm sure that the Obamessiah will release his "revised" version . . .
