3,000+ pound fish.
I caught a 3,000+ pound fish this morning in my little farm pond. It was a Ford Explorer.
I went to check on the backside of the farm this morning.....saw some older tire tracks in the grass....circled around my barns, saw everything looked OK....tracks went ynder way, so I swung a little wide coming out and there it was, right in the middle of the pond. When I reworked that pond several years ago, I made it deep with a long slope on the back of the damn for easy mowing. Sometime in the last few days someone ski jumped into the middle of the pond..... :rotf: :rotf: :rotf:
I called the cops, 5 car loads came out. They said it was reported stolen on the 28th. I guess it's been in there since then. It was a clunker but now it's a junker.
Some kid I bet was joy riding and ran into the pond because I could see where there had been other tracks, more recent, down in there to check on the Explorer.
When Momma figures out what really happened.... :fuelfire: :fuelfire:
Yeah there's a Momma involved somehow...3 child seats, a nice leather diaper bag and a cooler 1/2 full of beer.....it was in Park with the keys were still in the ignition.

Yeah, and were you standing next to it as it was dangling from a crane?

No but the cops took plenty and some of it hanging on the end of the wrecker boom.
