How are we doing here, restraining our emotions, when it comes to expressing sentiments about the late one?
As we all know, the primitives are pretty, uh, unrestrained in expressing their Hate, their anger, their bitterness, when a decent and civilized person leaves this time and place.
I've been watching both here and freerepublic, and what I'm seeing is a great deal of restraint, as compared with opposite situations among the primitives.
In fact, I'm impressed. Class people, decent and civilized people.

How can the death of a Kennedy require class when the life of this Kennedy was so far from classy?

As I mentioned in another thread, I'm not one for grave dancing, and I have sympathy for those who cared about him........
That said, I have greater sympathy for all those faceless masses that his privilege and twisted ideology actually harmed during his lifetime........but he has a greater judgement than mine to face, and I don't envy him that....
And then there is that whole hypocrisy of the Catholic Church thing..........

Extremely reserved and classy.
Even to the point of looking out for the safety of the DUmmies, addicts, alcoholics, commies, chavezistas, and other human flotsam and jetsam that
liked him:

Extremely reserved and classy.
I agree; compared with what one could say.
I did some "research" on this, because I was wondering.
I couldn't compare the reaction of decent and civilized people to the death of the late one, with, for example, primitive bonfires rejoicing over the deaths of Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan, because that would be comparing two "unlikes."
Ford and Reagan had been presidents, after all.
I had to select someone similar in public office and stature to the late one.
So I looked at primitive bonfires rejoicing over the death of Strom Thurmond who, like the late one, was a long-time U.S. Senator.
It was no comparison.

Reserved and Classy would be a bit of an overstatement IMO. There's been plenty of grave pissing here the last few days. I wouldn't say as bad as the DUmp had this been GW's funeral, but still pretty low at some points.

As older classy ladies around here would say "Why, I'll swan." Some people just can't be pleased.
But if even one DUmmy, one single mourning crackhead, is saved from injury by heeding the warnings
posted here of the explosion danger, it will all have been worth it.
And grave pissing, while richly deserved, will not be possible due to the hallowed ground that is being
dishonored by the presence of Dead Ted's bloated carcass.
Everyone who values freedom should go outdoors after dark and piss on his grave in effigy.
Apologizing in advance, of course, if that sounds insensitive.

I just couldn't let this one slip by without proper acknowledgement.
