Or ask me........ I did a four year tour on recruiting. If I don't know off-hand, I can find out. The link should cover it all, as MEPS is the authority on what's disqualifying. The different branches CAN and WILL allow applications for waivers in some instances.

As a medic I can say:
Big ones like diabetes, heart disease, asthma (although mild asthma can be overlooked with a med screen and waiver). Musculo-skeletal deformities/disabilities. Flat feet are NOT an issue. Bed-wetting past age 10 is a NO GO; as is sleep-walking.
Got something in particular in mind?

I am looking specifically for Von Willebrand disease.

From Thundley's link:
Blood and blood-forming tissue diseases
The causes for rejection for appointment, enlistment, and induction are an authenticated history of:
a. Anemia. Any hereditary acquired, aplastic, or unspecified anemia that has not permanently corrected with therapy.
b. Hemorrhagic disorders. Any congenital or acquired tendency to bleed due to a platelet or coagulation disorder.
Bleeding is a prominent occupational hazard in the military. Platelet and coagulative disorders not only add extra jeopardy to the patient they consume more than their fair share of very limited blood products.
Sorry.

I was. Asthma is pretty much automatic. Ditto active treatment for bee-sting allergies. Some others you'll have to get waivers for before you can join.
The recruiters have what they call "Dial-A-Doc" which can give a quick "go, no-go" answer. Check with them.

ADHD if medication was/is taken.

I have been trying to convince a girl I know to join the military. She was that Von Willebrands disease so it was all wasted effort. She really really really needs to be in the military.

Not necessarily. There are so many kids who were (briefly) put on Ritalin, etc., that depending upon when, how long, etc., it's possible to get in, but it's a major hassle.

I've known people that NEVER divulged any existing physical problems and completed the MEPS process and joined the military. It's not something I would condone, though. ;)

Yeah, and now the folks that are IN have to jump through hoops to get rid of someone who shouldn't have been in in the first place... Sorry Rob, whether you'd condone it or not, that's a values FAIL...

No kidding, Thor. Ever been to 15th Division at Great Lakes? And being the "nuke recruiter" and with my office at the NRD, I got to see a lot of the Congressionals that came back. Poor EPO had to deal with at LEAST 2-3 every week.

Now, let's not cast aspersions. I had plenty of people that worked for me in the fleet that were OBVIOUSLY frauded into the Navy. I won't even go into what other service recruiters have done.
