Title: poll: how long are the primitives going to hang on to this story?
Post by: franksolich on August 26, 2009, 03:33:42 PM
The news of the not unexpected death of a U.S. Senator has been around for more than half a day, and hence is old, stale, overbaked, news.

Talk about overexposure; and it's like there's nothing else going on in the world today.

Skins's island is on fire with raging bonfires commemorating a fat drunken old man, and it looks to me as if those bonfires are going to burn for quite a while yet, monopolizing the whole of the island, leaving no room for other bonfires about other issues, other people.

The primitives have no concept of "moving on."

I think that even 5 years from now liberals will bring up his name in the same tone and reverence that Christians speak of Jesus.

Oh, you KNOW the mountain man primitive, the "ThomWVA" primitive, most certainly will.

Allegedly an "atheist," the mountain man primitive actually has a Holy Trinity, with John the Father, Bobby the Christ, and Vast Teddy the Holy Spirit.

This is, personally, irking me, because unlimited social security retirement checks are near and dear to the heart of the mountain man primitive--screw anybody else--it's the most important thing in the world--let the children starve.

And news that there won't be any increases for the next two years in social security checks, broke only a day or two before this other now-stale news, and so the mountain man primitive never saw this earlier news, so as to comment upon it.

The mountain man primitive's too busy grieving for the third tine of the fork, to illuminate us about the social security checks.  And I wanted really badly to get the mountain man primitive's take on the checks, and not on this other issue.

Until the health care reform is passed or dropped.

I think Dead Ted will be a hazy memory by Sunday.  Liberals have no loyalty to the no longer useful.

Ahhh, but thanks to the likes of ACORN, SEIU and the ReichsMessiah, Vast Teddy will continue to be a stalwart Dim'Rat voter for the next century or better.  The Dead never outlive their usefulness to the NeoCom Party.

He is more useful in death than life to them - there will be efforts from all sorts of leftist groups to use Kennedy's death to push their healthcare initiatives.

Until they get what they want (Taxpayer funded obamacare for all) they will invoke the name of Kennedy as a martyr to the cause.

I give it a month tops before the THC-damaged synapses of the primitives wander off to other, more shiny objects.  Teddy will remain in the background for quite a while, with his name being mentioned as the ying to George W. Bush's yang at the DUmp.  Bush has been out of office for nearly a year but he's still their boogeyman.  They have too much invested in their hate of him to let him go so quickly.

It'll never be completely dropped.

I predict they'll be talking about Vast Teddy for weeks & months & years to come.

Has anyone noticed if the other Bostonian Drunkard posted some long tribute screed to Fat Teddy yet?  Something about having to run down and drink at Bukowski's all day long after hearing the news?

In a way, yes.  Look for Dead Ted to become a logo of sorts for a while, until reality is forced upon the evil ones.

The reality will be that Dead Ted is not a revered and honorable man to 85% of the country.  He is a murderer and a  joke/punchline.  Ted has little use outside the Beltway and Northeast Liberal Alley.

Fixed for accuracy

it will fall fast, according to my cnn barometer...

yesterday morning teddy took the entire top of the webpage.  big photo and many story links.

today, cut back to a normal story photo.

tomorrow, a few lines in the right hand breaking news area.

by the weekend...  gone...

I voted for one more week, I am sure something else shiny will catch their attention by then, however I do have to say they will keep 'Waving the bloody shirt' every time the health care bills comes up for discussion for simply exploitive reasons, and the same with any other black hole of welfare spending or other so-called-Progressive cause on which he ever made any sort of public, non-negative statement.

I'm waiting until this splits the moonbats into factions of Ted worshipers vs. Obama worshipers.  Tensions will rise, tempers will flare and eventually, it'll become a race war.

It will take them 50 tears to stop talking about how Ted made their lives better. By then, the textbooks in school will take over.

Too bad Michael Jackson couldn't have died today to put an end to this nonsense.

They're heaping praise and shedding all these tears over a womanizing, drunk killer. I can't wait to see the party they throw for Sheets Byrd.

Oh yeah....I heard this morning that Obama will deliver the You'll-I-gee for Teddy's funeral.....  It'll probably be the best political speech he ever makes ....if the telepromter don't break down..... Shoot! The TOTUS will probably be the only one there with any sincere feelings for old Teddy.

0Bama has the best screenwriters from HollyWeird working on his script right now.  I will bet that afterwards we will see many threads at the DUmp talking about how it brought tears to their eyes.
