How many of you would, as an act of civil disobedience, refuse to enroll in federal healthcare if it were to pass? If it could be managed a refusal to pay the portion of taxes dedicated to healthcare would be better.
The way I see it too many states are threatening early release of convicts due to revenue shortfalls; I seriously doubt doubt they would lock-up (tens/hundreds of) thousands of people who refused to knuckle under to a wildly unpopular government program that is not constitutionally supportable. These politicians need to be taught where their power begins and ends and nothing could be more instructive than to have millions of people say, "Come get me, I dare you."
"But Mr. Snuggle Bunny," some will argue. "You yourself say laws cannot simply be waved away because one disagrees with them." and to this I agree but what we must ask as a precursor to the passage of any law: is this the sort of thing we are willing to use force to enforce? If not then maybe we have to realize its probably not the business of the government to be interfering. Law is force by its very nature. We need to ask if charity by force is the purview of a free and just people. What better subject to clarify this argument than healthcare?

I think the mandatory provision will be be challenged before the ink is dry on the bill.

My wife and I are already committed to "not enrolling" in Federal Socialism.
I'm sure, by not enrolling my son on the program, that some CPS worker will try to determine that we are neglectful and unfit parents.
Let's see 'em try to enforce that opinion...
