Don't Forget: the money we owe is the BUSH DEFICIT    Updated at 11:21 AM

President Obama did not screw up the economy. He's trying to save it. Whatever money we owe is called the BUSH DEFICIT.

Great plan spending even more when you start off broke.  :mental:

2. Try not to confuse the freepers with facts - it just gets them angry.

They have a limited capacity for recall - whatever FOX or Boss Limbaugh tells them today is the way things have always been and always will be. That's the case even if it is in direct opposition to what they were told the day before.

And the beauty of it is, most freepers do it WITHOUT HARD DRUGS! Although, to be fair, a large percentage are loaded up on bad beer.

A lot of freepers complained about the money Bush was spending but, I'm just confusing you with facts and making you angry.

TARP I, yes.  Porkulus?  No.  The $410B Omnibus bill?  Again, no.  Socializing the healthcare industry?  Not even close.

Yes, and we all know you must spend more money to keep from going bankrupt.  I just haven't figured out how that works in the real world yet but I'm working on it because Uncle Joe said it works.

At least under Bush we were buying Hummers and such...now we're going into debt to buy ACORN's and clunkers.

DUmmies are the people that pay off one credit card with another, and then while they are at it, they buy that new widescreen TV, and new home theater sound system.  they then blame their debt on the credit card company.

This is how you "save" an economy?  Looks like a perfectly good way to **** one up to me.

Yeah, I love that Bush is out of office and the impotent jug-eared Kenyan is powerless to stop his nefarious plans!

Seriously, by this logic, after Obama has destroyed our financial markets along with the rest of the economy he can just say, "this is Bush's crisis, I inherited it."

6. Cut the crap.

I hate it when the Repugs try to spin everything that goes wrong or might be problematic as the fault of the Democrats.

President Obama and the Democratic Congress have passed a huge deficit ... it's in the news today: $9 trillion over the next ten years.

Deal with the truth -- a trillion-dollar-plus annual deficit this fiscal year is happening on Obama's watch. Why do some Democrats feel like they've got to spin just like the Republicans?

We all know what Bush did ... that's why he is living in virtual disgrace in Houston (or Paraguay or wherever he is).

So, okay, Obama has added to the national debt because that was his plan to save the economy -- just defend the plan if you believe in the plan.

Democrats being Orwellian is just as bad as Republicans being Orwellian. In the long run, speaking plainly and telling the truth will be a better strategy than playing blame games.

I predict a tombstone for earthside.  Ne

Hardly.  The Bush deficit was smaller than just the ERROR in the Obama deficit.

Ma and Pa Kettle have been in the White House more than seven months now, which is more than enough time to deal with any problem, no matter how big.

The primitives assured us Pa Kettle's a miracle worker, after all.
