No shortage of opinions in the world, but I am not going to let that stop me.
-
Welcome. Tell us a little about yourself.
-
Self-employed since 1993, I am a glassblower. I have had little to do with politics for a little over 20 years now, but I was active in my younger years. I was a delegate back when we elected Larry Grossman leader of the Ontario Conservatives back in 1985.

Welcome, Borolamper!
We could use another artist around here! :-)

It's rude to ask someone about their salary. :evillaugh:

:censored: :-) Just to clarify, I wanted to know what sort of glass items does Borolamper make (if he doesn't mind saying)?
-
Anything from marbles and beads to walking canes and wine glasses. Glass chainmail is what I am most known for in the glassblowing community.
-
Does it hold up well?
First time I've ever heard of glass chainmail. Welcome to ConservativeCave.

Wow. Those are seriously impressive. I'd love to have some artistic talent, but sadly it passed me by.
-
I didn't start with talent, I developed it over the years. I would argue you chose to pass it by, and not the other way around. None the less, thanks for the compliment.

Bongs. :lmao:

That is where I got my start, but these days they are coming over from India and China, and I can't compete with third world wages. Shifter knobs have been one of my best sellers lately.
