Oh my.

The sparkling husband primitive contemplating as he sits upon the porcelain throne, his pants down, his elbows on his knees propping up his chin, as he glumly contemplates the cat using the litter-box on the other end of the bathroom in the basement:

In your view, what's going on with the health care bill delays ...... ?

Are we going to get ****ed?

Will the bipartisan BULLSHIT result in us being enslaved to the insurance companies?

Will a month at home cause the blue dogs to get an earful and repent? The repubicans?

What's your view of where we find ourselves today?

I dunno if any blue dog Democrats or any Republicans, period, are going to get an earful and repent; I rather suspect the Democrats in favor of this will, and one hopes the clamor of the public converts them.

1. Of course it's the insurance companies. Lots of their cash going to flow to Congress next month.

2. The time off will only give the corporations time to tighten their grip on their minions in Congress.

Does anyone really think that Obama will have more political capital after the summer to spend on this issue (as if he was fighting for healthcare rather than insurance).

The public can not and will not keep our attention on this over the summer months. That is planned for.

End result will be a rush-job (in more ways than one) when they come back and a fait accompli of "reform" that will merely set back health care and any hope of real reform for another twenty years.

3. It seems as though there has been a shift from health care to "insurance reform". Not the same thing. I can't say what will happen, but I think we're getting ****ed.

4. They will eventually end up with a corpo-governmental health care product which makes even more money for the insurance companies.

The mountain man primitive, who's going to be even more concerned, when 0bama issues IOUs instead of social security checks:

5. Keep milking the cash cow plus it holds all other initiatives hostage Including you will never see any investigations of Bush Administraton wrongdoing as long as they can hold health care hostage.

Well, the above's it, the whole bonfire.

The sparkling husband primitive didn't draw well today.

I'm sure that's exactly what's going to happen.

I have no idea why the primitives think this is a popular idea.

It may be popular on Skins's island, but in the real world beyond the seas, on great masses of land, it isn't.

Along with the fact that it was the initial downfall of the Clinton Admin which ushered in the 94 revolution to keep the libs in check.

Shhhh !!! Keep that under your hat. The DUmmies are notorious for not learning from history, we don't want them to start now.

Of course there will be - Obama's ability to get what he wants is based entirely on speed of execution. Once the common man has time to digest what is getting presented, it becomes far less palatable.
