Title: Keep you fingers crossed for me!

I just appiled for a permanent sub position at a local school.  It would be has a gifted/enrichment teachers for grades 1-5, and it would be a perfect job for me!  I already sub for the schools, but a full time gig would be a wonderful blessing at this point!

I'm not holding my breath, but I figured it couldn't hurt to apply, right?

Good luck with it, Flame!  I suppose if it involved working with the other end of the scale, there'd be a pun about 'Flame retardant' lurking in there somewhere...

Good luck.  My wife just applied for a new job today as a teller at a bank.  Keeping my fingers crossed on this as well.  We can really use the extra income.

Good one...but no...I'm slightly claustrophobic, so being on a sub would be akin to torture!
