I honestly believe that Conyers is so freakin' stupid that he just doesn't understand what he says 75% of the time.

He's another one of those "institutions" that just doesn't see that he belongs in one.

Sorta like Joe "Plugs" Biden.

I just wish that the GOP can get its head out of its ass enough to oust some of these shitbirds.
