Idaho man sodomized by police Taser plans to sue
RawStory Source (http://rawstory.com/08/news/2009/07/25/idaho-man-sodomized-by-police-taser-plans-to-sue/)
A Boise, Idaho, police officer who pushed a Taser inside a man’s buttocks and threatened to “Taser his balls†violated use-of-force policy, but didn’t break the law, an ombudsman has found.

When officers forced their way in, “three officers rushed in and within nine seconds, had the man face down on the floor and had deployed the Taser against the small of his back. Only after the first did they order his hands behind his back,†reports the Boise Weekly.

the ombudsman credentials need to be checked

I don't see where they actually did that.
I see where they "threatened" to do that.
Anything to make a primitive criminal settle down.
I see where they "threatened" to do that.
And also I see where they simply put it against part of his back.

wait a sec.. "Inside the buttocks" and the "small of the back" are two very different things. Having a taser against the "small of the back" and then being threatened with having said taser deployed against the "boys" would not mean "Inside the buttocks" unless this guy was George Costanza and had just gotten out of the pool.
