It obviously is now time to beat the Republicans about the head and kick them when they fall
It seems that Obama has finally begun to realize that so-called "bipartisan" legislation is a pointless, silly and otherwise foolish notion when dealing with the Republicans.
They are The Party of No. No ideas. No solutions. No clues. And when 2010 and 2012 come, no victories... hopefully.
They have tried to stop the obvious destruction of our economic, banking, housing, healthcare and other sectors that they fully allowed to happen starting back in the Reagan years and fully implemented from 1994-2006. The Republicans have failed and are now an ever-shrinking party that caters to the spiritually superstitious, homophobic, racist and uneducated filth that think their theocratic corporate sellout wife cheaters and quitters are the answer.
They continue to play the Card of Ignorance with the Sotomayer hearings. These filthy swine that represent the Republican party continue to think that we Democrats don't have the will to politically smash their heads into the pavement and kick their soft underbellies until they plead for mercy.
Now is the time.
When swine like Glen Beck and Rush Limbaugh chortle at the idea that a terrorist strike upon our nation that kills innocent Americans is a good idea for their party and their agenda, it is time to simply not only strike back hard at them but do it with the fullest weight of our boots upon their political necks.
The days of trying to be "bipartisan" are gone. Simply stated, the Republicans are cornered in a political cave and we have the means to make them politically suffocate on their own filthy odors.
If I was a congress person or a Senator at this point, I would demand that the Republican leadership either resign or face their political extinction. Door number one... or two. We have grassroots tools and support that could completely pulverize any opposition in the next few election cycles... easily.
The Republicans can change if they want. They have until this Friday to fully comply or face being completely outvoted on every front. Those shrinking 20% or so Republican supporters would complain, but the vast majority of Americans paying attention to what is going on would firmly support the new take-no-prisoners, gutsy strategy of just passing the laws we need and giving the Republican leadership and their sheep the middle-finger salute.
It's time. Either give us what we want or face defeat without any hope of being able to stop us. The Birthers, the Teabaggers, the American Taliban... their days politically are numbered.

I think the phrase 'bring it, bitch' applies..

Nice to know the Republicans "have tried to stop the obvious destruction of our economic, banking, housing, healthcare and other sectors."
Who controlled Congress during the Reagan years? Who was prez from 1993 to 2000? Primitives should know better than to write when they're angry, but that would mean they would never have anything to say, which in a way, they really don't.
.

I suspect the zulu zucchini primitive took 500 mg of something when he was prescribed to take only 250 mg.
This happens with Doug's ex-wife at times, too.

Hey, zilchbrain, if the Republicans are such pathetic quitters, who's keeping you from getting your ill-conceived, stupid, and Nation-wrecking programs passed, hmmmmmmmmmmmm?
:rotf:

Stupid bitch... :mental:

Eh, isn't that sorta the purpose of a "vote?" One side wins, the other side is outvoted? Or are the Republicans supposed to just stipulate that any legislation the Dems want is just hunky-dory, no vote needed?
Comply? Kiss my ass. You morons are going to own every lame ass doomed-to-fail program you put forth, and we're going to beat you over the head with it in '12.

I hope that if the 2010 elections turn out like they seem to be going to, that the DUmmie has the temerity to go out and play in traffic.

CAPTAIN CHAIR WARMER!!!
-
I was thinking that too, Carl, reading that stupid self-important rant. Don't they read polls? Rasmussen has zero's index at -7, and the generic GOP vs. Dem question has GOP favored for 3 weeks in a row now, and tied before that for several weeks.
Have until this Friday to fully comply........oh stuff it zilch.

And he also missed the news that members of his own party in both houses are lining up against his healthcare plan

They are doing the same thing Clinton tried...revamp the system but without any tort reform.
It won`t work so what is finally unveiled will be universally disapproved of and they know it.
They just hope to sneak it through.

One part of this trainwreck of a health care bill that caught my attention on Mark Levin's show last night is the provision that private insurance companies can't add any new customers once this universial stuff goes into effect.
In a nutshell it outlaws private health insurance.

Which is why marxist/socialist utopian theories always end up as Communism enforced by the barrel of a gun.
You have to force people into a non sustaining system.

Don't ya just luv, luv, luv it when these cowards rant about something that would get their ass kicked if done to our face? Hell, I'd lay odds Cindie would mop the floor with this needle dick!
edited cause my grammar sucks!
