Title: Sen Boxer Warns Of Dire Results If Cap And Trade Fails

Just EXACTLY, what are her qualifications on the climate? Does she have degrees in climatology, meterology, etc.? Highly unlikely given that she is UNQUALIFIED to be a weather person on TV and became a member of the LOWLIFE society - a member of the U.S. congress.

You might be underestimating the stupidity of the average Californian voter. I've lived here all my life, and it still amazes me how oblivious so many people are, at least in the strongly liberal areas.
