Humans can and do rise above their base instincts. DUmmies don't be able to do that.

I think that's the part of the whole "gay rights" thing that pisses me off.

If they were to say, "I ____ because I enjoy the sensation" I could at least respect their honesty but the GLBT movement is based on this chest thumping, garment-rending, wailing emotional drama of pity--both internal and external. Supposedly they're as resolute as any other person, so-much-so they should be allowed to openly shower in the army but as soon as one of them gets punched in the nose their twittering to their fans to call the cops for them.

Only the modern American fag will hold a parade with brightly colored costumes to tell you how their sex life is none of your business.

Well said! I was just thinking, leave it to the primitives to live up to their moniker given by Mr franksolich. When cats produce a Mona Lisa or a Sistine Chapel, then maybe we should compare humanity to the lower life forms.

I dunno.

I think primitives try to give human emotions, feelings, and perceptions to animals.

I know a little bit about cats; after observing them for some years--and so many of them--I haven't ever noticed any of the cats, male or female, acting anything but like cats.

I suspect the primitives think "sex," and things such as "sexual preference," are the same thing, in both humans and animals.

I think it's a bunch of garbage.

My mom had dogs, raised and sold puppies (purebred, AKC, good quality). I would guess I've been involved with upwards of 200 breeding dogs over my life. ONE was gay. She purely hated males, would attack them regardless of how, um, "ready" she was. Put her in with a female, she'd act like a male. We had her spayed and gave her to a pet home.

We also had one dog that had her first litter of pups (at another place) in a pen with way too many dogs all together. She ate all her first litter, and really thought that was the right thing to do with pups. Mom got so desperate that she'd take her pups the second they were born, and would hold her down every 2 hours so they could nurse...and even at that, she managed to kill one. We had her spayed, also.

In both cases, about 1 in 200...if you get my point.

Our last beagle, would try and hump the male Pomeranian when it would get loose and venture over to our yard. Addie was usually very smart except when it came to that stuff.

I doubt however, that what you or Mrs. Smith described is the same thing as gayiety in humans.

Animals are different from us.

Quite true, the veterinarian told us that when an animal is in heat, it matters little to them what the other sex of an animal is. Their hormones and their animal nature take over.
