In health advice that you'd really hope nobody would actually need, Hong Kong health officials have warned slimmers that consuming parasitic worms is not a recommended way to lose weight.
The warning came after adverts reportedly appeared on a website offering products containing worm eggs as slimming aids.
A spokesman for the health department noted that there was no evidence that the worms – an intestine-dwelling tropical parasite known as ascaris – were an effective weight loss technique. There was, however, plenty of evidence that they were an effective diarrhoea, vomiting and pain-inducing technique.

It turns out that many news stories these days are mistaken recaps of Aqua Teen Hunger Force episodes. I don't know how it happens, but it does.
